Verification & rule-change log

Every verification pass and every rule change is logged here with the date, the states affected, and the cited source. The next scheduled pass is the annual pre-season refresh (August–September 2026).

    Initial primary-source verification pass. Each state's carcass-import rule read from its wildlife-agency page, with allowed/prohibited parts, handling requirements, CWD-zone status, source URL, and verified date recorded. States whose current rule could not be confirmed from a primary source are marked 'verify directly' rather than published.
